The focus is often on how to better manage life stressors or get through a time of crisis. I also offer specialised support for symptoms associated with, for example, depression, anxiety, addictions, and post traumatic stress.

Counselling timeframes can range from brief (1-3 sessions), to short-term (2-6 months) or longer-term (12 months plus).
